Items
Evenshroud
- Passive damage changed from [12% increased damage for 5 seconds] to [9% increased damage for 4 seconds]
Archangel's Staff
- Cost lowered from 3000 to 2600
- Combine cost lowered from 950 to 550
Cosmic Drive
- AP lowered from 75 to 65
- Health lowered from 250 to 200
- Passive movespeed lowered from [20% decaying to 10%] to [15% decaying to 5%]
Crown of the Shattered Queen
- AP lowered from 70 to 60
Frostfire Gauntlet
- Melee slow lowered from 25% to 20%
Axiom Arc
- Ultimate cooldown refund lowered from 25% to 20%
Runes Lethal Tempo
- Melee attack speed per stack lowered from 15% to 13%
- Ranged attack speed per stack increased from 5 to 7
- Ranged bonus attack range lowered from 100 to 75
Glacial Augment
- Slow lowered from 35% to 30%
- AD ratio changed from [2% per 100 bAD] to [4% per 100 bAD]
- AP ratio increased from [2% per 200 AP] to [3% per 100 AP]
- Healing & Shield ratio increased from [5% per 100 H&S] to [7% per 100 H&S]
Predator
- Max move speed lowered from 60% to 45%
- Ramp up time increased from 1s to 1.5s

There are a few changes from the last one so read closely. As always there are a lot of bugfixes this patch so big shoutout to everyone who reports them!
Chemtech and Hextech will be back to normal spawn rates come 11.24"
