    Bug Fixes

    -Wukong spell now properly stuns his target.

    -Aphelios

    ---Spell now properly stuns all targets hit.

    ---Spell can no longer hit the same target multiple times.

    ---Tooltip updated to specify his behavior.

    -Lillia

    ---Will now consistently hit center of spell on primary target

    ---Spell casts consistently with high mana generation

    -Zac heal now properly scales with AP

    -Malphite will no longer be Mana locked for 5 seconds even if his shield is destroyed early

    -Rengar no longer revives if he dies during his leap: This cat does not have 9 lives.

    -Zippy knockback is now properly blocked when the target is crowd control immune

    -Pantheon damage reduction from his spell is now additive, not multiplicative (buff)

    -Penitence will no longer cause Jade Status explosions to deal more damage than intended when the explosion hit multiple units at once

    -Blue Battery I can no longer be offered after taking Blue Battery II and vice versa

    -Revel and Legend Emblems can no longer be obtained from carousel

    -Deathblade and Runaan’s Hurricane will now properly pop off of Daeja

    -Radiant Sunfire Cape will now grant its bonus Health

    -Hand of Justice no longer grants more stats than intended

    -Units who have to walk into range if their target dies, such as Sylas, now more reliably cast after walking."

      • Base damage lowered from 70/110/150/190/230 (+40% AP) to 65/110/155/200/245 (+40% AP)
      • [New] now deals 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% max health as damage
      • [New] now deals 20/35/50/65/80 bonus damage to monsters
    • Sapling Toss (E)
      • [Removed] no long deals % max health damage
      • base damage total increased from 20-120 to 45-185 (+40% AP +3% total HP)
      • brush damage total increased from 40-240 to 75-315 (+80% AP +6% total HP)
      • [New] Empowered damage does not affect minions
      • Mana cost lowered from 60/70/80/90/100 to 45/55/65/75/85
      • Slow increased from 35% to 45%
      • [New] Empowered brush slow now 55%
    • Nature's Grasp (R)
      • Missile initial speed increased from 50 to 100
      • Missile max speed increased from 650 to 750
      • Missile acceleration increased from 250 to 300
      • [New] Now gains 40-60% move speed decaying over 2s on champion hit

    1) Riot August provided a changelist for Maokai, now testing on the PBE:

    Some Maokai adjustments should be showing up on the PBE today for 12.17.
