    The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.7 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tentative balance changes!

    Balance Changes

    * NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.


    Champions


    Gwen

    • Skip 'n Slash (E) basic attack cooldown refund increased from 50% to 60%
    • Needlework (R) cooldown lowered from 120/100/80 to 100/90/80


    Wukong

    • Crushing Blow (Q) Cooldown lowered from 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6
    • Warrior Trickster (W) cooldown lowered from 20/19/18/17/16 to 20/18/16/14/12
    • Nimbus Strike (E)
      • damage against monsters increased from 150% to 180%
      • damage AP lowered from 100% to 80%


    Neeko

    • Shapesplitter (W)
      • damage lowered from 50/70/90/110/130 to 50/80/110/140/170
      • Move speed increased from 10/15/20/25/30 to 10/17.5/25/32.5/40


    Zeri

    • AS Ratio increased from .568 to .598
    • Burstfire (Q)
      • active damage changed from [10/15/20/25/30 + 110% AD] to [6/7/8/9/10 + 110/112.5/115/117.5/120% AD]
    • Ultrashock Laser (W)
      • damage lowered from [40/75/110/145/180 (+100% AD)(60%AP)] to [10/45/80/115/150 (+120% AD)(+70% AP)
    • Spark Surge (E)
      • [New] "If Burst Fire critically strikes it reduces the cooldown an additional time."
    • Lightning Crash (R)
      • [New] "If Burst Fire critically strikes it adds an additional stack of Overcharge."
      • [Changed] "The chain lightning can critically strike but does not apply On-Hit effects.
