The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.6 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the splash art for Battle Academia Leona Prestige Edition and more tentative balance changes!

[Changelist]

• Lay Waste (Q) damage lowered from 45/65/85/105/125 to 45/62.5/80/97.5/115

LeBlanc

[Changelist]

• Distortion (W) Mana cost lowered from 60/75/90/105/120 to 60/70/80/90/100

Lillia

[Changelist]

• Lilting Lullaby (R) cooldown increased from 130/110/90 to 150/130/110

Pyke

[Changelist]

• Phantom Undertow (E) cooldown changed from 15 to 15/14/13/12/11

Sylas

• Petricite Burst (Passive) attack speed increased from 80% to 125%

• Immolate damage per stack increased from 10% to 12%

Rabadon's Deathcap

• Cost lowered from 3800 to 3600
• Combine cost lowered from 1300 to 1100

Void Staff

• AP increased from 65 to 70
• Cost increased from 2500 to 2700
  • Combine cost increased from 400 to 600

Seeker's Armguard

[Changelist]

• Armor per kill lowered from 1 to 0.5
• Max lowered from 30 to 15

Verdant Barrier

[Changelist]

• MR per kill lowered from 0.5 to 0.3
• Max lowered from 15 to 9
• AP lowered from 25 to 20

Ironspike Whip

[Changelist]

• Total cost lowered from 1200 to 1100
  • Combine cost lowered from 325 to 225
• Cooldown increased from 15s to 20s

Stridebreaker

[Changelist]

• Health lowered from 300 to 200

Luden's Tempest

[Changelist]

• [New effect] Dealing ability damage to champions reduces cooldown by 0.5s (max 6 per ability)

Runes Fleet Footwork (Precision Keystone)

[Changelist]

• Heal AP ratio lowered from 30% to 20%

TFT Champions

• Ability damage increased from 250/400/800 to 250/400/850

Tier 3

Irelia

• Ability damage increased from 200/300/550 to 200/300/700
• Ability armor reduction lowered from 40/60/80% to 40/60/70%

• Stolen AD changed from 20/25/30% to 30%

"11.6 Patch Preview with the tentative changes.

Some of these are still probably getting some small adjustments but it's nearly done. Thanks for the feedback so far."
