- Star Nemesis 2022 Orb
- Open to reveal a guaranteed random Skin Shard with a chance to obtain a Star Nemesis 2022 Grab Bag.
- Star Nemesis 2022 Grab Bag
- Contains 3 Skin Shards worth 975RP or higher OR 4 Skin Shards worth 1350RP or lower.
- Star Nemesis 2022 Exclusive Pack
- Contains 3 Skin Shards worth 1350 RP or lower OR 4 random Skin Shards worth 975 RP or higher OR 6 Skin Shards of any value.

Balance Changes

- Health lowered from 640 to 600
- Health growth increased from 104 to 114
- Base armor lowered from 34 to 31
- Parrrley (Q)
- base damage changed from 20-120 to 10-130
- Powder Keg (E)
- base damage changed from 80-180 to 75-195
- slow lowered from 40-80% to 30- 60%
- slow now scales off of crit chance
Pantheon
- Comet Spear (Q)
- monster damage increased from 70% to 120%
Qiyana
- Elemental Wrath / Edge of Ixtal (Q)
- monster damage increased from 150% to 180%
Wukong
- Base health regen increased from 2.5 to 3.5
- Cyclone (R)
- AD ratio per second lowered from 125% AD to 120% AD
Items
Health Potion
- Healing lowered from 150 to 120
Refillable & Corrupting Potion
- Healing lowered from 125 to 100
Magical Footwear
- Bonus movespeed lowered from 10 to 5
Runes
Biscuit Delivery
- Health restore lowered from 10% to 8%
- Max mana lowered from 50 to 40
Bone Plating
- Cooldown increased from 45 to 55
Conditioning
- Armor & MR lowered from 9 to 8
- Total armor & MR lowered from 4% to 3%
Guardian
- Cooldown increased from 70-40 to 90-40
Scorch
- Damage increased from 15-35 to 20-40
Second Wind
- Heal lowered from 6 (+4% missing health) to 3 (+4% missing health)
Sudden Impact
- Lethality increased from 7 to 9
- Magic pen increased from 6 to 7
Unflinching
- Tenacity & slow resist lowered from 10-30% to 3-25%
Time Warp Tonic
- Movespeed lowered from 4% to 2%
Summoner Spells
Teleport
- Cooldown increased from 360 to 420

Healing outlier nerfs, pro bloodiness changes, GP nerf to top end barrels and our regular balance changes (with focus on Pro meta) are coming to 12.14.
