- Bandage Toss (Q) mana cost lowered from 50/55/60/65/70 to 30/35/40/45/50
- Tantrum (E) cooldown lowered from 10/9/8/7/6 to 9/8/7/6/5

1) Riot Scruffy provided a tentative balance changelist for 11.7:
"11.7 Preview with tentative changes:
A few things may still change but most of the directions are here. Yorick was overdue for some of this work for sure."
Captain Gameplay noted the Yorick changes wouldn't make this patch:
"Yorick tower aggro logic is unlikely to be in for this patch"
